Information for Renters

First, Welcome to our little piece of paradise!
We hope you will enjoy your stay and give our cherished property the same level of respect that we do. All units are individually owned. They are managed either by the homeowner or a realty company that the homeowner contracted with to do the management. The HOA has no role in either one.

Questions:
1. What if our unit is not clean or something is not working properly? Please contact the owner or real estate rental mgmt company immediately.
2. How do we access the WiFi? Connect to network Guest_OceanViewVillas and enter the password you were given by your rental agency or homeowner. You should also find access to our wifi by the pool and in the immediate area on the beach.
3. Where do I take my trash? To the dumpster at the street. There are also recycling bins at the street.
4. What are the pool hours? 8 am to 11 PM. Please respect our residents by honoring those hours.
5. Is there a lifeguard? No. You are responsible for supervising your children in the pool area. Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area at all times.
6. How many parking places am I allowed? We request that renters bring only one car as we have 51 parking places and 48 units.
7. How do I access the pool and beach gates? There are two different white passes you should have. One accesses the parking lot, the other accesses the gates securing our pool area and access to/from the beach. Each unit should have a minimum of two pool gate passes. Contact the owner or your rental agent for the passes. Please do not climb on or lift children over the gates as that is a safety concern and can also damage the gates. Please remember, the pool gates are for your benefit as well. They keep the pool from being overcrowded by people coming up from the beach who are not staying here.
8. Are pets allowed? Renters are not allowed to bring pets. Only owners are allowed to have pets on the property.
9. Can I store my beach stuff under the stairways? No, this is a violation of North Myrtle Beach fire code laws and will result in a high fine. Thank you for helping us with compliance.
10 What do I do if the fire alarm goes off? We have a central fire monitoring system in place for your safety. If the fire alarm goes off, please exit the building immediately. Do not return until the NMB Fire Dept gives the all clear.
11. Can I park my owned or rented golf cart, jet ski, boat, or trailer in the parking lot? No, unfortunately we have only 51 parking spaces for 48 units.
12. Is Smoking allowed? Smoking is not allowed in any of the building common areas including all halls and stairwells. Smoking is allowed in any of the outside common areas of the property. Smoking inside your unit is controlled by the property owner. Most do not allow smoking.
